Players are usually told to wait a week for the limit to relax.

The purchase limit is just a thought. If it has been longer than a week since you last bought Bonds, the only fix might be to use a different purchase method. :|

It is more likely to be the payment method you are using.
For example, if you normally use a credit card but did a chargeback on one of the credit card payments, it is unlikely that Jagex would ever accept a payment via that credit card again.

* Try using a different payment method to pay off the unpaid balance.
* Contact your bank and get the chargeback reversed, meaning the original payment goes back to Jagex again.
* If you did not ever do a chargeback and suspect the account was being used by a hijacker, you need to contact Billing Support to get the account checked. The contact point is on the Unpaid balance support page.
