Can't get premier club? Thread is locked

This is extremely frustrating. My membership completely expired and I am unable to purchase the premier club 2020. I have no active subscriptions in any form. No mobile subscriptions, no membership at all, and still cannot buy this! WHAT IS WRONG?? I wish there was an easy way to ask Jagex as I am trying to give them money! Do they not want people to spend money with them? All I can do is get FAQs and cannot contact them with this issue....SMH

error message "One or more of the items could not be added to your basket, this may be because you already own the item or it is unavailable at this time. Please get in touch if you require further assistance."

when I click to get in touch they say they are no longer offering primer club,.. if this is the case then why still offer it on the website???

Premier Club is talked about in the support section of the website because there are players that have it currently.
You would not see it available on the payment page though. If you can see it, make sure you are viewing the current payment page as you may be viewing a cached page (accessed from a web-search).

Premier Club is only available to buy November, December and January each year.
This is because it is a calendar year membership e.g. 2020 Premier Club, 2019 Premier Club etc.
The benefits of Premier Club membership are supplied during the calendar year.
As 2020 is more than halfway over, you would be missing out on quite a lot of value if you purchased it now - this is why it is off sale.

If you really want 2021 Premier Club, buy a shorter term membership subscription to tide you over until 2021 Premier Club goes on sale. You will know when it goes on sale when it is advertised on the homepage.

Thank you for your answer. I had seen that it was only offered once a year but I had seen conflicting info, one that the sale started in Oct and then later I saw in Nov. This is good as my current membership will run out right around the Nov. time. my question is this ... can you buy memberships ( as gifts) for other people? I think this would be a nice Xmas present. Thanks :)

@ Octillion - Please create your own thread. In the regular discussion forums, it is appreciated that you check to see if there is already a thread open for the topic you wish to discuss.

However, in the Community Led Support Forums, it is much easier to give everyone the help they are looking for if each user creates their own thread about their issue.

Every user's situation is somewhat unique, and it can get confusing as to which post is to which user, when more than one player is trying to get help on the same thread. Advice given to the original player may not apply in each case.

Also, when tacking your situation on to another player's thread, those helping may recognize the thread as one where the issue had already been solved, and may not notice that a different situation has been added to that thread.
