Hi idk if anyone has had the same issue, or if any staff read this and know what is going on - when I go in the store I can buy keys, bonds etc. but if I try to buy premier club (or any membership package) it says I am not eligible for anything in this category?

Pls help as I'm having to buy bonds which is more expensive lol

I don't have any issues attempting to purchase Premier's Club 2020, so must be an isolated issue on your end. Have you tried purchasing via this link >

- Clicking "Buy Now" seems to add the package directly to your cart.

I tried using that link and it gave me the error “ One or more of the items could not be added to your basket, this may be because you already own the item or it is unavailable at this time. Please get in touch if you require further assistance.”

I’ve tried clicking the “get in touch” but it just takes me to the FAQs which don’t answer my question at all haha

If it can be moved to that thread that would be great - sorry didn’t know it existed 😅

I'm having the same problem. I apparently have a mobile membership. But why would I not be able to purchase more membership? Do they not what my money? I would really like to get this solved and purchase my premier. Any help to solve this would be awesome.

Checked my subscriptions on my phone and I still have an OSRS mobile membership through Apple store so that may be the issue - raises more questions though as my membership ran out the other day and I had to buy a bond.... seem happy to take my money in 2 different ways but not let me buy it the way I actuallu want to...... just cancelled Os mobile, the plot thickens

If you have been paying for membership through the Apple store app, you need to let your membership expire fully and your account return to F2p before you can buy anything from the website here.

This is because the Apple Store app bought membership and the website payment system are not compatible with each other.
It is not possible to swap straight across between them - the account has to be F2p if you want to change payment methods.

I have been having the same issue, to my knowledge I have always paid via my card directly and not through my phone. Yet i still cannot buy the Gold premier club. Is there anyway for this to be fixed? I have now cancelled my membership but it is the 3 month recurring one so i will not be free to play until February so i may miss out on the opportunity to purchase it

Are you getting the "you are not eligible for anything in this category" error message?

If you are, it is definitely a current mobile subscription problem.
If you are not getting that error message, what error message are you seeing?

Go to the Common Credit Card Issues support page and work through the points on it.
There is also a 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of that page you can use to navigate to a message form to message Billing Support.
