I have the same problem and the solution was a refund via Google.

I can't buy the package again because the game understands that it has already been purchased, they charged me, I didn't receive the items and I had to contact jagex support to try solve it and apparently they can't do much.

So I don't know if I'll buy again, besides being unable to buy, I'm afraid of exactly the same problem happening and having difficulties resolving it again...

The thread was created in 2021 and we're now in 2023. If you have a current concern (and it sounds like each of you do) please make a thread of your own to query. Having separate threads of your own is the best way to ensure that the advice you receive is relevant to your situation.
