Because we can log into our accounts with a login/password or a shortcut login (Google/Game Centre/Steam/Facebook) it can get complicated.
Accounts that were created through a shortcut login might not actually have a full login/password attached to them yet.

Have you been using a shortcut login for sanjaa5 ?
If you have, you might not yet have set a full login/password to the account yet.
Instructions to set a login/password:

click here if you are using a Steam shortcut login
click here if you are using a Facebook shortcut login

Once you are certain you know your login for sanjaa5 you can then move on to the Bought membership on the wrong account support page instructions.


I was created two different tickets for transfer membership. From "sanjaa1991" and "sanjaa5"

Due your letter, i don't find the same icons in the game (using Game Center)
