The process has changed since I made the post the Corder quoted on Page 1. It should no longer require 2 steps to claim your reward, if your accounts are linked correctly.
Let's check to be sure your accounts are linked.
For the RuneScape side: Go to the Account section of the website (you'll have to log-in again) > Linked Accounts > Manage Twitch. It should look like this:
For the Twitch side: Go to Twitch and make sure you are logged in and that you have an active Prime Gaming membership. Click on your profile pic in the top right > Settings > Connections > Other Connections and RuneScape should be listed as "Connected"
Also, double check in the Prime Gaming page for RuneScape that it shows "Game Account Linked"
Make sure you are claiming to correct promotion, "Yak Track Care Package & Umbral Chests".
If all of that looks good, the Prime Gaming RS page shows "Claimed" and you've not received the drop, is it possible you linked a different RS account?

This makes me think you attempted to claim a previous reward, rather than the current one.
Looking at the OP's screenshot, it looks like they have claimed the correct package (the Umbral /Yak Track reward is listed as 'Claimed').
I would encourage you to follow Tren's advice. In this instance, it's best to double and triple check all accounts, to make sure it's all linked up correctly.
If you have claimed it on the wrong account for whatever reason, you can submit an item transfer request (see here:
transfer items
) and Jagex may be able to help you out. I know the options do not specifically mention chests, but this is a step that Jagex does recommend.

So, I believe I've found the culprit. I checked another account I had completely forgotten about (2,656 days without playing) and it turns out that the prime was linked to that account? The issue is and the reason I'm confused is because I've claimed rewards in the past and this was never an issue. Also, It says
I've checked my activity tracker on this account and it shows tutorial island is completed, and gives no indication of where to complete the introduction. Regardless, I wanted to claim the rewards on my main account, so I'm assuming I have to make a separate support post?

in the Support Center.
It has a link to instructions for contacting Jagex about transferring the rewards to a different account.
