Not receiving umbral chests

I'm had my twitch linked to my runescape account for well over two years now and claimed plenty of twitch rewards in RS3. For some reason, I have claimed the umbral chests prime reward and I'm not receiving anything on my account. I've been messing with this over the course of 4 days now. I've tried unlinking, linking again, searching google for help.. The only threads online are from different events completely and link me to a past prime reward which is no longer claimable. Someone help me out, please?

To the left of the Claimed mark, there should be a link called "View instructions". Click that.

On the pop-up that should now be open, click on the link in Step 1 to link your Twitch and Runescape accounts, even if they are already linked. (The picture is from an older offer, but it still works the same)


That will open a page on RuneScape. On the Runescape webpage (you may need to log in) , click 'Confirm'. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

All I could really add is the following:

In this instance, the rewards should arrive instantly.

Check that your inventory has space. If it was full when you claimed the package, the items will be 'held back' until you have space. You'll need to lobby and log back in for them to appear. Alternatively, if your inventory was full, you can check with Diango, as he will hold onto the chests for you.

^ Given your recent post, I have cut that bit out. However, try physically talking to Diango, rather than just accessing his Holiday items interface.

If that doesn't work, you might need to try re-linking your accounts. Similarly, check that you have claimed it for the intended RS account. It should also be noted that if your account is an Ironman, you won't be able to claim Umbral Chests (it's one of the restrictions of the Ironman game mode).

I know you said that you had tried linking/de-linking before, but have a read of the instructions laid out in the following support articles:

The latter has some particularly useful information regarding the linking process.

I appreciate you guys trying to help. But I've tried the latter and nothing seems to be working. My twitch account is appropriately linked to my RS account and I've never had this issue previously. I'm not an ironman either. Also, I did go through Diango's 'talk' options and he merely opened the holiday items.

The only other thing I could suggest trying is:

- Navigating to the Prime Gaming FAQ - Rewards page.
- Below the listed rewards, there's a couple of lines of text stating: "Ensure you have linked your Prime Gaming and RuneScape accounts. You need to claim each unique reward each month."
- This contains a link, which takes you a page similar the the 'Claim' page from previous promotions.

Try it and see what happens.
