The support page sent me to the forums so here I am.

I bought premium membership on December 24th and I have been waiting a few days until my premium benefits start working again. It's quiet annoying that I need to lose 30 bank space in order to use my bank again, my missing daily key, and other. Like I've literally been putting off playing RuneScape because I can't put anything in my bank.

Only Premier Gold Club offers bank space which is +100 slots. Extra daily keys is for Silver and Gold. I assume you have purchased Bronze? You gain access to the content as soon as you purchase it.

Hmm. Perhaps you purchased it on the wrong account. O_o

Once purchased, the benefits should be instant.

Can you confirm that the payment went through? Maybe by either checking your banking app / statement as well as your emails for a confirmation. You should have got a confirmation email through from Jagex ([email protected]).

I'm pretty sure the payment went through. I received a text, and two emails from my bank about the transaction. I also received a message to my account and email from Jagex about the transaction.

mmm... I'd reccomend contating Jagex directly about the issue but I'm having trouble myself navigating the "Support" section & finding an appropriate way to do that regarding this specific issue.

Perhaps one of the other wonderful forum helpers here can help?

In the meantime, I'll keep looking and post back if I find something
