Are you doing the in-game redemption properly? it says
"clicking your bonds in-game or via the Marketplace."
If truly nothing is working, send a message to Billing Support via the
Refunds
support page. Use this navigation:
Contact Us -> No -> Jagex -> Request a Refund
(I know this isn't a refund issue but Jagex want all contacts about Premier Club payment issues to go via that page)
