Do you usually redeem your Bonds while using a mobile/logging in through an Apple account?

If you don't, try logging in the way you do when you regularly redeem Bonds.

I think the problem might be because you are logging in through an app.

i’m logging with my username ffs i still haven’t bought a new pc but i will on blk friday so i cannot login any other way other than phone

Logging in with your username on the app won't make a difference if this problem is occurring.

Are you able to borrow access to someone else's laptop or pc and do the Bond redemption from there?
Otherwise wait a few days and buy your new pc.

I know you said you wanted to message customer support about the problem but they won't be able to do the Bond redemption -> Premier membership transaction on your behalf.

Premier membership isn't a regular membership, it has all the extra perks and content.
To get the extras, your account needs to do the sign up process and get itself into the system via the recognised pathway.

Billing Support can tweak a regular membership onto an account but they can't tweak the Premier Club because of the extra content.

alright then i’ll just wait a couple days till i get pc and if they don’t work i’ll contact customer support support
