I purchased 3 RS3 bonds on accident and I need these to transfer to OSRS. I contacted jagex over a week ago but nobody has contacted me. Any mods who can help me?

You need to use the contact point in the I can't find the Old School Bonds I purchased support page.

If you have waited a week already, you probably don't have much longer to wait.

Could you please check your Bond pouch in game just to confirm they haven't arrived yet.
And, could you also check the 'Messages' tab in account management to see if there are any messages in there.

Then post back with the results of your checks and I will flag your account (Southpark069) for a JMod.

Could you please transfer my bonds from new runescape to old school runescape account.
I accidently bought 5bonds to new runescape. I dont have even character there...
It would be nice if u would transfer them quickly as possible.

You need to follow the instructions in the I can't find the Old School Bonds I purchased support page.

I am very sorry but it could take 7-10 days to complete the transfer at the moment.

I made request on saturday 9.5.2020 to transfer my 5 bonds to OSRS. How in the hell does it take so fucking long to transfer them????

And also why there is no live support 24/7 or phone number where to contact. This is just a pure scam. Im never going to buy bonds to runescape or oldschool runescape if this is the way you threat your customers. I paid 30euros and it's a lot for me. I have never seen customers that need to wait so long to enjoy playing members worlds than this.

COULD YOU PLS TRANSFER THEM ASAP AND EMAIL ME AFTER DONE!
