Check the 'Messages' tab in account management for confirmation of purchase messages.
If only one message is there, it means only one purchase was successful.

If the second purchase was not successful but the money left your bank account, the money will be returned.

Jagex does apply purchase limits to Bonds purchases based on your account age and purchase history.
