I recently purchased 3 old school bonds for $20.99

I have not received the bonds that I purchased. I have looked within the bond pouch and nothing. I logged out and in. Checked the support page and no solution.

I have the confirmation information in my email and received the message in the account mailbox.

Purchased 9 bonds total which have not arrived yet. They were in separate purchases bc I don't mind having extras and I wanted it to be instant. The payment has gone through successfully for all. The bonds were purchased about hour and a half ago. Is there a known delay on bond delivery currently?

Hello not sure if this is the correct place I should be posting this but here goes... I brought 3 bonds last night for £11.99 and only got 2/3 bonds lmao, I mean this has happened before to me and you corrected the issue last time, hoping you can look into it and do it again. Many thanks! Testing Fate. Defeat Is a mind set, first you must accept it for it to before it become a reality.

Check the email you received confirming the purchase.
It will say the display name of the account that purchased and exactly what type of Bond was bought.
RS3 Bond / Old School Bond <- these are different, one type for each game version.

If you don't have an email, check the 'Messages' tab in account management as the same message will be in there.
If there is no message about a Bond purchase in your Messages tab it means either the purchase went to another account or the purchase failed.

Once you find out what has happened, work through whichever of these pages you need:
Purchase failed: Unsuccessful payment
Purchase successful but wrong Bond type bought: Find my Bonds

Lastly, if you paid through your Google account on mobile, if may take up to 24 hours for the Bond to be delivered.
