Yup i tried uninstall and install again few times but still same error. I have mailed Jagex, hopefully they have some explanation as to wat is causing this issue.

Even my steam account also cannot connect to the internet, this is so weird

I have the same problem, even tried to launch through jagex launcher, still the same thing.
