So weird, after the update i restart the app and it is not woring for me anymore.

It just pop up an error saying error loading the game configuration from the website and if you have a firewall, check that this game is allowed to access the internet (7,35)

I disable the anti virus, restart my internet and pc as well as reinstall the game still same. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

The reason why you see "Error Code 7" is because of a connection failure between your device and service.


Maybe something is blocking a normal connection. Do you use a VPN?

If you have the ability, try using your mobile device to check your conection with Jagex's Servers through a totally different mobile connection.

At least to see if your connection with Jagex is OK with no further issues with your account.
