Hi guys,

Since the update today it's not possible to play on any Apple Mac device.

The screen is zoomed in and mouse icon is out of sync.

Are Jagex aware of this and if so how long until the issue will be resolved?

We are upgrading to Open GL 3.0/3.1, which means that some older devices may no longer be supported.
The new minimum requirement for Android devices will be 3GB of RAM

I cannot play on my Mac also since the update. Everything zoomed in and unable to register mouse clicks in the usual place. My Mac is running OpenGL 4.6 so it should not be that old.

Yeah, TIIC really frigged things up with this sneak attack.

The game will be totally unplayable, unless you upgrade your graphics drivers to at least Open GL 3.0/3.1 or switch your graphics setting to Min. The graphics won't look as impressive on minimal detail, but at least the game will not suddenly and completely close on you constantly.

Low detail might work, but I cannot say for sure, since I did not try that setting.

I been getting error instruction at 0x referenced memory at 0xp. the memory could not be %s. (c0000005) since the update. the client won't even open, it was working fine last night.

I can confirm playing with graphics set to Low detail does still work.

Until today, I played on High detail, which now closes the RS client shortly after game launch. I have not tried Medium graphics. I left well enough alone. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

Bro I dont know what is going on at jagex but they need to chill out. Necro nerf followed by hero pass followed by removal of hero pass followed by RS3 not being supported for MAC players?!?!

What am I supposed to do, buy a new laptop or cancel my membership....this is dumb. Just go back to the old client and let me play!

Before you all ask, I play on the lowest setting possible because anything higher kills my battery life haha Sofia with an F and Call Her Daddy

Was this on Mac? It looks like a Microsoft Windows message.
