Yes CHRYSANT I have tried everthing there is nothing of relevance on rhe service platform either so com on JAGEX give us some info and tell your programers to get thier finger out!!
I'v paid my money so deliver.
I hope JAGEX mods read these posts but I have my doubts.
For me this has been happening forever, on 3 different laptops. What I do is immediately click to start another instance of the client and that 2nd one loads.
It's been so many years, the issue seems to come and go over time. With my current machine it never goes away.
Edit: the 2 most recent laptops I used are Intel based, the other was AMD. All windows.

Heya mate, I had the same problem. someone pointed out the anti-virus software might be interupting the process. Try to turn of "web-protection", at least, that's what's it called for me. Turned it off and client started to load again.
I've been stuck with this problem for over a year.
Mobile works, OSRS works, RS3 on laptop doesn't.
Did al these things, brought my laptop to the computer store, he can't figure it out either.
Paying almost 100euro's for a game that is broken.
Job wel done JAGEX.
