Hello.

I have the same issue's, since i logged in on comp
i can't use any ability's and normaly my heartpoints what i have left.
it heals my constution. Even that does''nt work.

can maybe a mob help me out?

since yesterday, i am unable to drag anything on or off my action bars and i cant even move them around.

please fix this jagex..

@befriended I've had this problem and it was resolved by relogging. It may also occur whilst in combat. Also make sure that your action bar is unlocked. It's this little padlock.
