A bit of a strange issue with my action bars. After the issue was triggered, it is occurring on Mobile and Desktop. It persists not only on multiple platforms but also after fully reinstalling the client after removing all local files. I've submitted a bug report but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask here as well.

There are two symptoms. First, whenever I switch between action bar numbers, any empty slots in the new action bar are filled by abilities or prayers in the original action bar. Second, cooldowns for abilities do not tick down visually - I'm also seeing these cooldowns appear visually on Prayers. The symptoms are the same on desktop and mobile.

When I logout/lobby, all action bars are reset to how I had them set up originally. So I can login, switch through all my action bars so they all get messed up, exit to lobby, then on next login, they appear the same as before.

It seems like this may be out of my control, but does anyone have a suggestion? I've tried a lot of similar troubleshooting from the forum already, nothing has worked.

The empty slots in my action bar are overwritten even when the action bar is locked.

Switching to legacy combat mode, then back to EoC does not fix the problem.

I've noticed this issue as well. It also affects the quick prayer interface when you wanna modify your quick prayers. The ones previously set would remain highlighted. Clearly something in the code broke in today's game update, so if people could spread the word around so a mod can see this, it would be sweet.

I'm getting the same issue my action bar is getting filled by the wrong abilities and my action bar is locked even though it isn't meant to be so I can't drag the abilities out to get rid of them I've also tried the same troubleshooting problems but no success if multiple people are having the same issues then I suspect it is a bug I hope jagex can get to the bottom of this soon.

Having several issues as well. Melee bar is completely blacked out, but abilities still kinda work. If I equip ranged, my Range bar appears across all action bars & none of the abilities work, but I can see them. Upon going with magic on regular book, it works until i switch to Ancient or Lunar. Dumped cache, reloaded, etc. still messed up. Quick prayers don't seem to work at all

My secondary action bar remained stuck on some abilities. :| Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

My action bar is effed up. I cannot combat. Period. Terrible. My carefully planned out revolutions don't exist anymore. Abilities don't engage. No cooldown animation. Switching between bars overrides empty spots with previous bar's spot ability. Actions bars that are generated through this bug don't make sense (random mix of range/magic/melee). Cannot remove abilities icon from bars.
