Hello I have had quite a bit of lag the last few days.
I just had some major lag, so here is the info from this most recent event.

Date: 5/8/21
Time: 09:08 MDT
Server/World: 428
Game Location: Vorkath
Any steps to reproduce: Simply being here. But i notice it during the fireball rain. Yesterday there was quite a bit as well. One was over 10 seconds long during the rain and all of the fireballs landed on the same tile, while i moved only one space. The entire fireball rain attack landed on one square. Today I lagged during a large fireball, and I clicked off, it froze, and then hit the tile I was on but did not kill me.

Any steps to reproduce: So it seems like when I'm engaged in an action (doing an entire heriboar run without pausing or stopping) I'm okay. As soon as I inspect a new rock and pause and wait for 30 seconds to a minute and try to go to the next rock to inspect my character stalls)

Noticing it doesn’t happen on mobile, only when I’m playing on a pc.

Any steps to reproduce: Just play the game normally and it constantly stalls. MY internet isn't the issue.

Server/World: 317, 318, 487 tried different worlds
Game Location: Cox, motherload mine, mining guild, grand exchange , every where i go really

ive been checking task manager and cannot see any spikes in memory or CPU when this issue occurs, i have pinged the server directly using commands and cannot see any spikes when this happens too. i have pinpointed this to every 10 minutes always starting from the 2nd minutes into the hour for example 14:12, 14:22, 14:32, 14:42 exactly like this every 10 minutes forward. we have found it happens around 18 - 25 seconds into that minute also.

Any steps to reproduce: Mainly during raids when theres a lot happening - for example during Maiden in ToB as the Nylos spawn. There would be random lag spikes for 1-2 seconds. Furthermore the world seems to sometimes be slow to respond - all of party members have good ping - consistent ping, but there is a substantial delay between clicking and the action happening, sometimes resulting in the click not being registered.

Any steps to reproduce: Has been happening multiple times each trip. Just started tracking. Noticing when running around the room, kiting

Time: All day. Does not seem worse or better at any specific times
Server/World: 386/491 are main worlds I use. All worlds with typically low ping on NA East suffer the issue.

Any steps to reproduce: The lag seems to come in waves and it completely stalls the game. Oddly enough, the ticks do not catch back up. In my case, if I'm in a fight, it's as if I freeze for 4+ ticks, but the hitsplats do not pile on like other typical lag. My runelite ping tracker says it stays at 10-12 while on the world. When it lags, the ping does not increase often. Sometimes it has jumped to 50 ms but not during the lag spikes. Additionally, the lag spikes seem to happen every 10-15 minutes or so, with nothing in particular that seems to provoke it.

Update: I am now occasionally having errors logging in to my normal worlds. Either I receive a 'noreply from login server' or an error connecting. My connections to all other runescape faculties seem fine, as well as any other websites, so it must be the world servers. Also, oddly enough, I once got a notice that the world I was attempting to log in to, was full. It was 491 and there are currently 291 players on that world.
