Date: April 29, 2021. And every day since ~Q3 2020
Time: 19:09:05 - 19:09:15 (GMT +1, UK local time); also more or less every 15 minutes
Server/World: 449; also every other world
Game Location: Catacombs of Kourend, Black demons; Also any other location
Any steps to reproduce: No actions needed, happens all the time regardless of actions. The more active the activity, the more noticeable this freeze becomes

Edit: happened again, same world
20:05:20, slaying kalphites
20:33:55, slaying bloodvelds in slayer tower
20:48:45, still bloodvelds
20:58:50, still bloodvelds
21:09:00, same.

Basically happens consistently every 10 minutes now

The server stalling is pretty irrelevant compared to the servers becoming unplayable at peak times, are we just going to ignore the fact that the servers cant handle more than 400 people on a single server?
"made aware recently" people have been complaining for years and you're telling me only now you're aware? The bigger problem is the lagg on peak times not the server stall Looking for a 125+ PvM cc? Apply to Team Eternity!

This just started happening to me the last couple days and its quite annoying. My MS spikes randomly, making my character every 3-5 seconds just stop mid run for about 1-3 seconds and then continue. I've tried all the troubleshooting and nothing seems to be wrong but I keep getting lag.

Date: 4/29/21
Time: 10am MST
Server/World: 362 (American Server) But its happening on every one I jump to.
Game Location: Everywhere I go. Varrock, Barrows, Ardougne etc.
Any steps to reproduce: I just log in and try to bank at the GE or buy/sell stuff and the menu's take a second or two to load, or I'm running around and it just stops my character mid run, or I'm in Barrows just trying to open a door and it lags between actions. // Phillipa: Oh no...Juliet has...died!
Player: You might be more believable if you're not smiling when you say it...
Phillipa: Oh yeah...you might be right...ok, let's try again.
Phillipa: Oh no...Juliet has...died?
Player: Perhaps a bit louder, like you're upset.

Server seems to hang for a few seconds, then resumes. Occurs every ~10 minutes or so. Hasn't been reliable enough for bossing :c

Any steps to reproduce: always seem to get a 10 second full game freeze upon first set of crabs spawning. Would get the freeze and not get the connection lost message.

Any steps to reproduce: Nothing specific. Last month I have had no issues with this specific world. Tonight, I experienced constant lag on this world. Made solo chambers nearly impossible. Additionally logging into the server took ~20 seconds to connect. ~ RooK ~

Game Location: Vorkath instance
Any steps to reproduce: Vorkath fired 'Deadly dragonfire attack' I immediately clicked like 10 squares away, character moves one square and everything froze for like 3-4 seconds, during this 3-4 seconds animation landed and nothing happened even tho character was still one square away from it, after 3-4 seconds I got dmg splat and character was still standing one square away. Insta death...

This 3-4 second freezes are happening all over the game at seemingly random times, go and try Tithe farming 20x5 strategy and you will soon see how laggy it is, go try 25x4 strategy and many plants will die because of this, if you use RuneLite you can even see client timers to desync from the server. It also messes with server timers as I could see plants that were planted later to grow phase sooner than the plants planted sooner.
I am noticing these lags for about 1 month already.
