This may be a bit long, only because this has been crippling gameplay for me and I'd really like to see a fix implemented soon. Trying to help with as much specific info as I possibly can.
Date:
Started late February 2021, and seems to have slowly gotten worse as time has gone on
Time:
Entire duration of login on specific worlds (see below)
Server/World:
Seems to be random, and it seems to switch randomly, too. I might be crazy, but World 493 was fine two weeks ago, now there are intermittent tick timing variations (each game tick seems to be a very slightly different duration) making it extremely difficult to change prayers precisely (i.e. Inferno, Nightmare, entering DKs room and flicking the 3 bosses).
This world (493) was also typically low in population, leading me to believe there is another cause besides high population.
Game Location:
Game-wide/everywhere
Any steps to reproduce:
Hop around and tick-walk (walk 1 tile at a time, 1 click every game tick) around your current location, or alternate protection Prayers every game tick. You will likely see your Prayer drop every few flicks even if you are keeping a consistent rhythm of clicks.
