Dear OSRS-Team,

I got a problem with european worlds. I usualy use them since I am from Germany. I contacted my ISP but he said it belongs to you... My problem is huge paket loss which leads to desynchronisation. Got about 10 timeouts per minute which is huge if you do content like cox or tob, even vorkath. Its unplayable.

US-Worlds does not have that problem - but higher ping. So I would rather play on EU-Servers. Also I am in an european clan and events are on EU-worlds.

Date: Started when I got Telekom as the new ISP
Time: CEST 4 p.m. - ? // If I play in the morning everythings fine.
Server/World: All british/german
Game Location: Everywhere
Any steps to reproduce: Log into a german/british world

Hi guys, AU based player here. I have had 120+ ping for over the last month. This has increased to 150+ ping more recently and is consistently sitting that high.
Hopping worlds doesn't change it,
I've flushed DNS and sent traceroutes off to the support team,
I have contacted my ISP and confirmed with them that it isn't something on their end,
I have also tried switching from my wireless connection to wired which didn't help,
I've switched from runelite to vanilla and steam client, all with no changes,
I've exhausted all my options and haven't heard back anything since sending off a report to the jagex support email over a month ago.
I've factory restored my modem even.
I sent off a request for support with pictures of my traceroutes and example ping and still ahve not received a response. Could I actually have someone look into and investigate this issue? I have been playing this game consistently for 3+ years and this is not something that I've had issues with ever in the past.

Any steps to reproduce: This has only become an issue within the past couple of months. As soon as I enter the instance my frames drop to 20-30fps (usually 50fps) and this content becomes unplayable. I initially thought it might be my GPU settings (Runelite) so I turned this off/on to see, but this didn't resolve anything. I have also tried playing on low graphics, but this was not successful either.

Intel Core I7 @ 2.60GHz
NVIDIA GeGorce RTX 2060
143Hz, 8GB RAM

EDIT: I DO apologize for my extreme frustrations here, and have since defeated that thing lusing full bandos and super combats. However this lag does need to be resolved, and fast... Again did not mean to offend y'all, but rather to make my point that this is NOT acceptable performance for a server....

Time: everyone 8-15 minutes of gameplay

Server/World: all worlds, total worlds are worse

Game Location: can happen anywhere, seems to be worse/more often at zilyana (farming her at the moment. i assume other pvm bosses are similar) some problems at vorkath but not as bad

Server/World: all worlds, even under 100 ppl

Game Location: Probably everywhere, tried mostly GE

Any steps to reproduce: None, just play

I can't even fletch in GE for 3 minutes without beeing disconnected and having thoes "server stalls" for even few seconds (1-5s)

I've tried multiple different servers, F2P and members. Even uder 100 ppl, lags are still unbearable.
