Yea it's horrible. Some of us have played this since we were kids and obviously getting older life gets in the way and we have less time to play. If we weren't silly enough to bot when we were younger were certainly not going to do it when were adults..

If we didn't love this game we wouldn't be on here appealing our innocence but obviously I can't speak for everyone as I'm sure there are people out there who have botted chancing their arms to get unbanned. Let's just hope they can fix their customer support for people like us sometime soon so we can get our accounts back that we spent so much off our free time grinding.

Fingers crossed for you bud and anyone else in our situation.

Not what you want to hear, but if your appeal was denied, then there really is nothing more you can do.

Offences can be appealed once, if your appeal is denied the decision is final.
