I escalated it for you and received an acknowledgement reply. The JMod does not provide me with a detailed reply because I am not the account holder.

Did you try a new recovery since I posted? Was that recovery replied to?
I thought the denies were taking 24 hours + to arrive back and, because your last post was only three hours after I posted the "resolved" post, maybe the last deny was in response to an earlier recovery (before the JMod checked) and you need to submit a new recovery now.
I assume the JMod has added a note to the account which will assist the JMod checking your recovery.

The first recovery I did after I read your last post was an automatic deny (had my VPN on). I did another request after that, (so after your resolved post) which got denied this morning with the same reasons given as all my other requests. I haven't received any other communication from Jagex and the account still appears to have the same registered e-mail.

Hi again
BlackXMoney

A second JMod has reviewed the RuneMoneyzzz account and has made some comments:

They advise you to try to recover access to the registered email.
If you want to keep trying account recovery, please submit your recovery from a location where you regularly played the game on the account because, at the moment, there is zero match on your location to any account activity.

Hello Malua,

First of all: thank you for your continued support.

Unfortunately recovering the email is not an option due to the horrble recovery system Hotmail has in place in combination witg the fact that I only used this account for runescape and never send email from it.

It is weird that the location has zero matches to account activity since I'm requesting from the same location, tried WiFi and 4G/5G and even my VPN (Those get denied almost instantly). In fact I requested multiple times from my tablet I got when I switched my ISP, on which I played pretty often on thia account, connected to the same WiFi.

I switched my ISP only in the last few months while playing on this account, could that be the reeason why I didn't register as account activity? If so I don't know how to fix this, other than switching back my ISP.

This second JMod is more senior than the first JMod that checked.
He drilled down to the ip address and he states that the recovery IP address is a zero match for the account.
He seems to think that it is a bit unusual that you cannot access or recover access to the email when the account isn't that old and the recoveries are showing a zero location match.
He really, really recommended you try regaining access to the email because it sounds like they are not convinced at all that you are the account owner.
