Please i need your help Mod. I lost my email that is linked to my other account. I only remember my password, character name of my player, I have got the order confirmation of my memberships and that's all pleaseee help me. Please i need a Mod to help me. When you say you have "lost" your email, what exactly do you mean?
Have you forgotten it or lost access to it?

If you have forgotten it, use the tools on the Forgotten login support page.
There are two buttons on that page: 'Email Reminder' and 'Contact Us'.

If you have forgotten the email, you might need to use the 'Contact Us' button.
However, you could try the 'Email Reminder' button and check all the emails you have access to.

If the above information does not assist, please post back.
We are not JMods in here, just other players trying to help you.

Thank you very much for answering. Yes, I mean I forgot, I do have access to the email, I know the password of the email. I have already tried everything mentioned above. Do you have a Jagex Account or a regular account? If you have a Jagex Account and you forgot the login email address, that may be problematic as Jagex cannot modify it or disclose it to you. You may read more on that below:

Jagex Accounts are not able to be manually recovered to avoid human error

If you have a regular account created before or after November 2010 and haven't upgraded to a Jagex Account yet, then you ought to follow the instructions that Malua shared above: Forgotten login .
