So, you know the login email for your RiverSkct account but you have set a different registered email and you don't remember that email address?

The only information Jagex provides about the registered email is a hint to it.
You can check that hint by logging into the the RiverSkct account, click on 'My Account' at the top of this page and click on the 'Email & Communications Preferences' button.
In there you will be shown a hint. Jagex won't tell you the full email address.

If that hint is not sufficient, your only option is to do an account 'recovery' on the RiverSkct account and force a change of registered email to a different email.

Yes, that's right Mod Malua, I have set a different registered email and I don't remember that email address. Well the reason why I want to know the registered email is to remove the authentication because of this I cannot enter my account. I have already tried to talk to Google support but they do not give me precise results and they also take a long time to respond to me. So you are my only hope please. Please i need a Mod to help me. I lost my email that is linked to my account. I only remember my password of my email, and the password of my account and the character name of my player, I have got the order confirmation of my memberships.

Apologies if the instructions you have been getting are confusing.
Jagex has two types of accounts now - RuneScape accounts and Jagex Accounts.

The recovery information posted by 2_Tron above is applicable if you have a Jagex Account.

If you have a RuneScape account follow these instructions:
Go to the Disable authenticator support page and follow the instructions under 'If you don't have access to your account or email'.

About RuneScape accounts and Jagex Accounts:
Everybody had a RuneScape account.
A year ago, Jagex released the Jagex Account. The Jagex Account is much more secure than the old RuneScape accounts.
Jagex wants everybody to upgrade their old RuneScape accounts into a Jagex Account.
If your account is more than one year old and you haven't upgraded it, it will still be a RuneScape account.

Yes it was very confusing. Ok I understand so my acc is a Runescape account. Yes I submit a recovery request first. but they tell me that I am missing information about being the owner of the account. I would like to be able to send you my membership payment receipts as proof or the date on which I registered with the email address that I forgot.

I'm stuck on my problem that's why I'm asking you for help please.
Please i need a Mod to help me. I lost my email that is linked to my account. I only remember my password of my email, and the password of my account and the character name of my player, I have got the order confirmation of my memberships.

Hey again, Ghully21.

How long does it take for you to get a response back? Is it instant (within minutes) or does it take an hour or more? Knowing this piece of information would let us know how far along you are in the process of recovering your account.

Reading the Account recovery denied Support page may give you some insight on what they are looking for.

Always remember...

• Try not to use a VPN when recovering an account. VPNs make it harder for Jagex to create a digital print of the account, something that's very useful to them and to the player when such player is trying to recover an account;
• You must try to recover the account in question from the location that you created the account on or the location that you play the most on. This will show Jagex more proof that you are indeed the account's owner;
• The earlier the information that you enter, the better. This is because it will allow Jagex to see that you indeed know the earliest details on the account. Most recent details may not be useful;
• Try to put the ISP that was used when you created the account. If it's still the same, then say so. This will help you tremendously;
• Try to name ANY display names of OTHER accounts that you may already own, even if you don't play on them that often. This allows Jagex to cross-reference ownership links among those accounts;
• Billing information usually means the earliest details that you may have from the account in question;
• You should mention the original display name of the account, ONLY if the account in question has an email as a login.


Keep trying. Don't give up and read those deny emails sent to you. They are informative :) .

The most important key to your problem is, you need to provide evidence that you are the '
creator/owner
' of said account and please do that in your recovery file. 'NOT HERE ON THE FORUMS'.
You have to provide earliest details about said account.

It's taking more than 24 hours and the Mods still haven't responded to me via email. So I just have to try and try until they give me the go-ahead? It really is stressful. I have the membership payment receipts and I know the date when I registered the email that I forgot. The only thing I don't remember is the details of my account creation date.
