I understand your thoughts, but also, if the purchase is in my name, in my email, on my credit card, why can't I know which account I put the member codes in?

What "pin" are you looking for?
If it's a "pin" attached to your pagseguro account, Jagex is unlikely to have that information.
If you mean your in-game "Bank PIN", that is not needed for an account recovery.
If your membership purchases were recent, you may be able to match up the information (date, time, transaction ID#) in your RS inbox confirmations with the information on your pagseguro statements, to determine with transaction was for which account.

a 'bank-pin' is information nobody has but only the creator/owner of said account.

Jagex Customer Support will not provide you with any details about an account that they do not KNOW is yours. After all, your account has been stolen once already.
