Back in the day players helped Jagex/JMods with reports about rulebreakers, these days the system itself helps to report rulebreakers, moreso if Jagex/JMods have to conduct an investigation their system will help them in a few seconds, not minutes.
Therefore if a JMod did took 2 minutes to investigate your review they actually took the time to check/dubble-check their findings if they were justified applied to your account.
