This thread was flagged for a JMod to check the account.
The flag was done by someone who has not posted in here.
The JMod was able to track your account through the identifying information you posted in the hidden opening post.

Anyway, the JMod reply is this:
The account has two offences that are dated a year apart.
Your most recent appeal was actually for the first offence, applied last year.
That appeal was successful.
However the more recent offence, appealed earlier this year, was denied and your account remains banned because of that.

My comment:
Well, in the end a JMod did read your apology post!
The guidelines about offences are quite strictly defined and official ban appeals are the only method to put forward a case.
The account was always going to remain banned if the appeal on the more recent offence had failed.

Thank you for the answer. Sad but maybe future JMods forgive me of my actions what I did. Maybe someday I can return back. I am very sorry again. And thanks to everyone.
