You need to appeal via the correct pathway.
Head to the 'Account Status' tab in account management on the banned account.
If the offence is appealable, there will be an opportunity to appeal in there.
You cannot submit an appeal via the forums as your thread is being read only by other players.

I requested appeal 15-JUN-2023 and response from jagex "RESPONSE FROM JAGEX - 20-JUN-2023" was "Granted & Account Locked" but still didnt get unban. And if I try again then its button is disabled..
Freudzcsgo, when you try to login, are you still receiving a message at login saying the account has been disabled, or does it say the account is locked due to suspicious activity?
What is the display name (in-game name) of the account this is happening on?

First time it was locked then I unlocked. Then I tried again login then it was account involved serious thing something.. They locked but no unban, I don't understand..
