you can change your registered email.. but that does not change your log in.

But registered email is what is used to communicate with you.

Also, make sure that there are no linked accounts on your character. If they are and you did not link them, make sure to unlink.

tnx fr replying. already did that, but in this case, the hacker did changed the resgisted email and I got the appeal to this old email.

Changing the resgisted email has I see, just get the news account requests to change thing.

All the appeals I send, just the 1 from the old email had success. I would like to change soo the appeal to that email would be rejected in the future just in case the hacke get luck and gains the access again (I hope not!)...

And I can see on my email setting that they are trying to get in like 10x per day from Ips of all the world, what amazes me.

So is there a way to change that? Maybe If i did the "jagex account" the appeal will be reject to that old email?

HF & GL, and report every chat spamming bot. I cant belive they still on the game spamming the GE...

FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE FUTURE --> use at least 2fa on your email and rs , but do NOT use your PHONE NUMBER , its very easy to bypass it, USE an APP or create OTHER EMAIL only for 2fa. or better yet, do BOTH

1st, do a deep virus scan with a good antivirus. (You can have any keylogger or a virus that sends info,or others have the access to your pc via an virus or something like that)
2nd, recover your original email were the account was created.
3rd, on that email close all open sessions.
4th, change to a strong and big password and add/change 2fa (remove phone message 2fa and change 2fa to an app or another new secret email)
5th do the appeal to that original email with all the right info you know.

if recover your rs account, GR@@@@tzzzzzzzz and this was + or - what I did. I tried to appeal to other emails but was always rejected, only when I tried to the original email were when the success came.

and

6th change to a strong big password and add/change 2fa on your rs account

maybe 7th upgrade to a jagex account (DO SOME SEARCH 1st cuz its IRREVERSIBLE)


Ps: change all password at least 3 times just in case... and this way you know the last 3 password on that account If you get compromised again because security is just difficult the access to anyone who try to force an entry.

I hope this helps and gl. This was my experience in this matter, I dont know beyond this...
