Hi, 2 days ago a friend told me my main nickname changed, so I went look and someone hacked my email and my osrs account. They change all, they disabled the authenticator, changed the recovery email, changed nickname and the password. Im trying to appeal to other email because that email is compromised but all got rejected all beacuse I dont know what year its was created. I know went I played like it was my life, but cant remember when was created, it was soo long ago!

Plz someone help me!

At that time I did alot of streamming too. I speded too many time on that accout, did an untrimmed slayer cape. plz help

why do they just by hacking my email could bypass my 2af? I had it on that email and on osrs and all got bypassed -.-

I didnt play for 2 years and it gets hacked T.T

you can turn off 2fa with email. its why its important to have 2fa on your email also. and have your emails be only used with runescape account.

this is also important to have jag account.


however you wont get denied just because you dont know when the account was created, you can give so much information to show you own the account.

Like what? Cuz already got denied 4 times. they probably already stole everything on my account...

I send now another appeal with that compromised email, already changed the password 2 times. Its so curious they could bypass the email 2af but each time a login from a new device I receive the code on my phone and they didnt need it to enter it.

And theres a new wave big wave of bots right? In osrs all p2p worlds have 900 player and thins like nature runes went from 252gp to 92gp? Bonds from 3m to 8m!

I dont get it why jagex is regecting my appeals, cant they see this is the same ip that always logged in that account?

I've moved this over to Account Help section.

First before doing anything Scan your System for Viruses on Malware. Make 101% sure it's clean.

Then Secure your E-Mail address as thats the only way they can disable Authenticator.

More help and advice will be posted by the Community Helpers and Community minded people as they know a lot more about these issues then I do.

Tnx for all the help.

Got the account RECOVERD!!!! 22h before the bank pin would delete. Did an appeal to the conpromissed email, changed that email pw 4 th and changed the authenticator too. Did the same to the account. And got it the appeal in 1h, that was the fastest I recevied.

Either way its resolved now, I just wanted my beloved main account back were I deposited alot of seawet and hours.

I wanna Thank you All that wasted a litle of your time to reply and trying to help, from the bottom of my heart, Thank You!

I been searching about that new jagex account security thing and I dont know If I will do it.
That emails is now protected with alot of things, but I still received a new request to change the password.

Is there a way to block that or other way to add more security to the account?

Why do people say is more secure the jagex account by launcher? Does it makes an encrytion connection or other things?

or a way to change the original account to block new appeals to that email. cuz i was only sucessefull with that email, and the mr hacks knows the address...?
