That reminds me of a video!

Anyway.... I have 2 email addresses for 2 characters, I can't use both characters at the same time because its not allowing me to have 2 launchers.

Anyone got any answers? I wish i'd never upgraded atm. I play up to 3 characters at a time how am i supposed to do that now?

you just click play, and it will load another client.

the emails you have to individual accounts shouldnt matter, if you transfer them to jagex account. its all good. you just use the dropdown menu to choose the account, them you are playing both!

You should only need one Jagex Account, not two - Jagex Accounts are meant to be a container for all of your RuneScape characters, where you can import up to 20 RuneScape characters onto a single Jagex Account. With all of your characters on a single Jagex Account, you can easily play multiple at once from one single login to the Jagex Launcher.

Based on your description, it sounds like you made two Jagex Accounts, each with one character imported on it. I'm not aware of a way to merge the two, but maybe someone else here will have better advice.

I have to log out of the launcher to play a 2nd character with a different email address... I can't be loging in & out all the time, if i time out then I've gota go back and log out of the 2nd account launcher to log back in on the 1st.

I hope jagex can sort this either the merging of papa jjinx with papa jinx or unlink it to the launcher.

I can't be the only one who's made this mistake!

If they can't fix it i'll probably stop playing, i'm not lvling another character to run with my max.

Thank you Malua, that was the closest to being an answer unfortunately I can't because each time i submit my request after completing all the information it goes to:

Access to help.jagex.com was deniedYou don't have authorization to view this page.
HTTP ERROR 403

So I'm back to square one, I've tried on both accounts same error code.
