You are able to launch multiple accounts even in this condition using more devices together.

You are able to use a phone/tablet/laptop/desktop all at the same time running all sorts of different accounts in the same RuneScape Worlds as long as you aren't breaking the '

So no matter how you did split your accounts, you always are able to team-up with them at the same moment/place.

Jagex/JMods do not have to help you out as they can't change the decision you made yourself.

tron, yes i did make the decision but without full knowledge of the outcome, it wasn't made clear that you can't open 2 launchers on the same pc as I was upgrading.

You can't easily run two accounts one being on a tablet when your in a raid or dungeon.

But thank you for your input.

This shouldn't be an issue, having two launchers! but i understand why you don't need them if you can have two different email accounts linked together.

But I'm not going to chase this any further, i will just play a different game and pay some other company as I can't get hold of jagex.

I'll ask you one more time politely, your comments are unwanted and will be considered as harassment if you continue. your not a JMod, when I'm told by one of them it can't be fixed then I'll listen, but not from you... so please, pretty please stay off the thread!

Also, NO WHERE does it say you can't open 2 launchers!, a bit of vital information!

They can check your accounts and advise you about whether or not it can be fixed. If you are still getting the error message, post back here.
