Jagex support helped me to gain control of my account again, but with some very bad news...
Every single item of value has been removed from the account, therefore I have been hijacked...
Hoping for the Jagex support to rollback some of the items for my account, otherwise I couldnt be arsed playing that account anymore... (lost shadow dyed weapons and bunch of endgame stuff)
Hey. We are glad that you got your account back.
Unfortunately, per the Lost items Support article, Jagex does not return items that may have been stolen during a hijacking event. If it's for Old School RuneScape (OSRS), they have technical limitations and it isn't possible.
