I have absolutely no access to my other account (Ironman) anymore. In his actual email inbox there is an email from May for integrating into a Jagex account, which I can not remember in the slightest. I have tried all possible options on the Jagex support site, but without success, as neither the login email nor the username of the account seem to exist in the support database (I get denied my attempted support tickets due to non existing username/email). Therefore I can't create an account recovery ticket and have as last hope this forum here to recover my already very advanced account.
The account I am missing appears with its existence only under one condition. And that is after I actually created a Jagex account with the email of the account (about 1 week ago) and logged in with it today on the homepage. Immediately after logging into the homepage, I was shown the following:
It looks like I could somehow access the account this way, but no going further. I have tried all the passwords I have ever used on all my accounts or would.
My guess is as follows:
The account was somehow made into a Jagex account without my consent, without even integrating it into a real Jagex account. It is shown to me, as described and proven by the screenshot, as still somehow linked to the email address but not assigned to an actual jagex account. However, since The Account does not seem to exist in the Jagex database itself (see description from paragraph 1), it is again impossible for me to add the account to the now actually created Jagex account, since it both exists and does not exist at the same time, thus not accepting any of the account's login data.
Looking for help ASAP, since I'm really into playing this account as soon as necromancy comes out.
