@Grumpy Dark, all player account related issues are personal/individual issues and treated as such. In your case you did hijack someone else's thread implementing your issue and that is prohibited.
So if you wanna see your case brought up to others that might assist you it is best to create a thread on your own and we are glad to help you out solving your issue or give you the best advice possible. Please make a new thread of your own.
