I for one am for it, but I don't think the community as a whole is all for it just yet.

There doesn't need to be any agreement on how to balance the shields. They just have to pass the first poll and they'll be in the game. A nerf will never pass.

What are the criteria for existing Ironmen to be allowed on the Hiscores?

I have a DIY account with a total lvl of 1700 and I would like to get it added, but I have used the NMZ (solo, never as a team) and I have used the minigame teleports as well.

Also, out of curiosity, how are you going to check if an Ironman account is legitimate or not? Do you have all the information about trades, picked up items, etc stored anywhere?

Is there any ETA on the regular ironman mode release(if it passes)? All I want to do it play it. I'll be playing what ever one comes out first, I think RS3 is out at the end of the month the BTS said.

We're aiming to release all the ironman content in both games at the same time. We'll talk more when we know when that'll be.

There is one big problem with the iron man mode as presented:

It would be possible to have people help you kill bosses like those at gwd, and an ironman would receive the drop even if they only dealt 51% of the damage. In order for an iron man to hold true to its name, I think an iron man must deal 100% of the damage to any monster/boss in order to get the drop.

Until this is added I am unlikely to vote yes for the iron man mode.
