You guys should re-add the risk requirement to enter. Something like 50-75k minimum.
I'm also concerned about being able to get targets instantly, this tells me you don't plan on making the emblem loot very good per kill, because if it is good(100-200k extra loot minimum) you will have people making a lot of money which it seems you guys are against.
It would be better to have like 30 minute wait in wild risking and get random 100k-5m worth of emblems per tar* kill than get instant targets and get 10-50k worth of emblems(less than the pots you will use for 1 fight).
The rewards sound decent except the saradomin tear**** is much harder to obtain than whips, I think it should last 15k or 20k hits. Even then it is likely to still be underused. It could be good with a good spec. Some ideas are decrease spec to 50% or make the magic based extra damage also tb if it hits.
