Don't you mean 85mudslinger?

If I had meant 85mudslinger, I would have said 85mudslinger. No I meant who I said, he's posted that at least once already, ironically he also posted this.

85mudslinger you also need to stop posting the same thing over and over again as well. Oh and I'm a volunteer moderator - not a Jagex Employee.

this guy got forum banned at the exact moment he got a warning, each of his posts was different but with some of the same topics in the overall of it, some times people feel they need to be heard and didn't feel like it was getting through. a simple warning would have been good enough rather than he was forum banned immediately after this was sent, he didn't get a chance to stop... end of conversation take it as you will. i felt it was wrong and he cant defend himself cause of forum banned. hope this is how you high light it....

At the top of the specific post you want to highlight there is a a button that says 'Highlight'. It's on the same bar that tells you the time of the post and if you edited it.

It's great that you always listen to the opinions of the majority. :)

Will the rainbow party hat just consist of the colours of existing party hats? For example, if it has blue in it would it be the existing party hat blue as opposed to say a
cyan blue
?

We'll aim to stick to the existing colours as that would be the best approach in terms of consistency and relevance. Besides, if you had cut up your partyhats to make a rainbow one, the colour wouldn't of changed just because you cut it :P

Ok, but I'm confused...according to your update posted yesterday you said "We'll throw the rainbow one in for good measure but you will not need to cut up any party hats to make it". So I thought if you don't need to cut existing partyhats a colour change could still be possible. :P

Actually you're wrong about bar prices keeping adamant bolt prices stable, it is just the opposite of what you state, bar prices are determined by the highest valued item you can make from them, and for adamant bars that would be adamant bolts.

Cheap and easy to get broad bolts WILL drop demand for adamant bolts and both bolt and bar prices drop just as they did when broad bolts came into the game in 2008 and they will do it again if they come into this version of the game.

And when addy bolts crash so will mith bolts, why pay 160 to 180 for mith when you will be able to get adamant for nearly the same price?

Smithing once again fades from an honorable and profitable profesion and becomes an expensive hobby for wealthy players.

There are only two slayer beasts that need broad bolts, count them, two.

Why devalue the smithing skill so wannabe rangers can have cheap training ammo with adamant strength.

Lol you act as if adamant bolts define the smithing skill. You are the wannabe smither sir.
Who uses adamant bolts for training? You've probably never touched a bow in your life, so whatever you say about combat is probably bs. Adamant bolts are made to be put into better use such as adding gem tips for the bolt effects, which are highly effective on bosses mind you. Even after broad bolts were released, adamant bolts and diamond/ruby bolt (e) kept the same price or even went up. IIRC, diamond bolt (e) were 1.2k each. That doesn't sound any different from the prices we have now.

Note that there are only 1500 people in ALL of OSRS that can smith adamant bolts. How many rangers/slayers are there in OSRS? Wayyy more than that I guarantee.
The greed of 1.5k people (even less since some of them may want broad bolts too) vs 25k+ people is quite outrageous. Broad bolts must be released in its original form.

did it, but don't see how it will benefit. few choices to use as category for highlight and doesn't let me explain the cituation so they have no idea whats going on in the cituation.. there wasn't an exact button for this cituation so when they look at it they wont understand what i tried to explain. so i guess that renders it pointless and the guy remains forum banned. its okay i was only trying to help for i saw wrong doing..

I really don't understand why some "rares" were made tradible if everyone is going to get one regardless. It doesn't make any sense since it just causes problems in the future. In my opinion you should either make them all untradible or discontinue them so there is not further inflation of these items. As a side note: people were very confused as to how you polled the question regarding rares the first time around, this needs to be repolled

sounds good..How about the Grand exchange? i know its well needed..and a lot of people are talking about it.

You dare speak the name of The Thing That Should Not Be???

Anyway, glad to see the updated development blog. Two of each hat, the rainbow hat, and slayer exp is left the way it is.. Very good. :)

I don't know if I was the only one who thought cutting up the party hats was a great Idea. It gets rid of a ton of party hats, making 6 rainbow party hats. What I see happening is people blowing money to get a party hat set and cut it up, but when everyone does regular party hats will disappear and rainbow party hats will be worth nothing. This would actually make party hats rare again.

I've managed to rack up around 80 million exp in smithing across all three versions of Runescape And I also have 99 ranged in rs3, earned by using ammo I Smithed.

If players want cheap ammo equal to adamant bolts to train with then they should get out their pick axes and hammers and make it for themselves or be prepared to buy it from one of those 1500 players who can make them.
Ha ha, made you look ;)
