I think if we are going to be voting on rainbow phats and stuff we need to know the future of rares.

-are phats ever going to be dropped again?
-is this the only time to make a rainbow phat? (can we make one after the event is over?)

I was confused on the wording of everyone getting 2 of every rare. does that include 2 phat sets? it kind of said instead of 2 phat sets 2 of every Christmas rare. does that include phats?

please let us know.

The party hat idea is definitely one of the worst ideas I've ever seen. So much for making party hats worthless, I guess.

Black Santa Hat is... alright. I guess eventually there will be Black Bunny Ears as well?

Was very, very against discontinued items being introduced into old school from the start, sucks to see that they'll actually still continue being of value.

I think/ HOPE they wont be rares like some people are thinking ... there will to many in game ... as far as I understand we will be doing a event then EVERY
ONE gets 2 crackers, its not like a drop party

You kind of had a feeling Jagex was going to not give Partyhats as a reward. This needs to change. Just make them available for everyone, give two sets as a reward and let 1 set act as the ingredients to a Rainbow Partyhat (which sounds cool, though I was hoping for a Black Partyhat).

Black Santa Hat, yeah that's cool, throw it in there :P .

The Pets...nah, sounds too RS 3 like. I don't mind new content that keeps 07 alive and still feels Old School, but that doesn't seem like a good add to me.

There is no reason to give out 2 partyhats to each person. 2 crackers sounds about right to me as there will be a partyhat sink with the release of rainbow partyhats thus allowing them to retain their value.

@the people saying that partyhats give people wealth they didn't work for. The rares currently in circulation didn't get to their respective values over-night. They wouldn't be valuable if there wasn't a demand for them. Obviously there will always be a demand for them and their price will rise regardless of supply.

In short, it doesn't matter how badly a portion of the community doesn't want rares to exist and gain value. There will always be supply and demand. Theres nothing you can do or say to stop them from rising, so buy them now and don't cry later when you can afford one.

only thing i really like is the fairy ring being both directions . the log , its nice but not that big of a deal to me, i have most of the places memorized any ways.

also can make it so you can spin more then just 1 dial at a time please? this helps speed up the teleport time significantly.

(also any chance of not having to use a draman staff maybe as an added reward for completing fairy tale part 2 or able to unlock it in night mare zone or something like that ? since i know there's no chance of there being ftp3 recreated.) ~crafting bloods always~

On a separate note..

Such epic work being done, cheers! Mid range bosses 80-90 would be perfect. Not because I am within that range, but because their are only two monsters worth killing for profit in that range.

So let me understand this X-mas update. We are not getting a Phat set of any kind? If that's the case then I call B.S! If I don't get a Phat Set then I'm going to vote NO on the Rainbow hat option. I would rather have a set than the option to make a Rainbow Phat.

That was not what was stated on the release of Holiday Items. I didn't camp spawns because I don't have the time to do that and we were told we would get them each Christmas. If they are not going to be dropped like Halloween then they are not Holiday Items. This is going to create a huge demeand for Phats and the hoarders are going to have a field day selling them for insane prices. They are supposed to be fun items not rare items.

Jagex needs to do what they said and Drop the sets and if they want add the option to make a Raibow Phat. Leave the choice to the players. I have no idea what this rainbow hat will look like and if I even would want one. The Rainbow will be more rare and give people the "rare item" they crave.

Give us ONE Phat Set and let us choose if we want to make the Rainbow. The hoarders will make a killing off of them the rest of us will just be happy with a set. I'm all for the idea of the Rainbow hat for those that want to do it and have a more "rare" item, but don't take my choice away because I didn't camp the spawns. I was under the impression I would get them at X-Mas.

Mist Rising, I posted it twice, trying to see if I would get a response.

Either way, it's fun to see my posts getting deleted after posting twice and the beastie boy guy gets none deleted after over 10.

And by the way, it's not mass spam. Only actually posted it again because some people were agreeing and tbh it's the only effort we can do to avoid the crap that's about to be made in old school.

But hey, who would realistically expect Jmods on any of the two versions to listen.

Like I said, Old School is just a game on its way to PRE - EOC without jagex having to remove EOC on the main one and admit their update was crap.

Guess I won't ever get a response to this but oh well, nothing new there.
