A big fat NO to achievements or unique rewards for killing skillers. They have enough annoyances at hand already.
Then again, as long as the rewards aren't blatantly overpowered or devalue current content too much, I'll probably vote yes.
The system isn't going to be designating skillers as specific targets for the purpose of being awarded accolades. If that was the case, no one would ever collect all of the accolades as there'd be no skillers in the wilderness!
The aforementioned achievements were examples. We'll come up with both skiller and PvP'er friendly accolades (such as mining a runite rock as well as possibly killing someone who is).

Any idea on what will be put in the PvP shop? If it contains pking supplies it will devalue skilling, if it contains overpowered armour/weapons it will devalue PvMing(And PVP armour already failed a poll), If it contains cosmetic items PvPers will throw a fit.
I honestly have no idea on what to put in them....
We struggled to come up with suggestions ourselves. I totally agree that supplies (such as sharks ad potions) will devalue other players efforts in making those supplies and selling weapons from a store is not something I am keen on.
This is why we've extended this question out to you guys to find out what it is you'd want to see available in the store.
Pvp amors and new weaposn will not devalue anything that's already out, especially if it degrades. Get over yourself already god.

Add d claws, pvp armors, some special attack energy potions, that could perhaps boost your special attack.
The option to purchase augury and rigour would be a nice incentive.
I hope this stuff pass's (probably wont because of this ridiculous polling system)
Anyways, best of luck.
Oh and perhaps more range weapons? with good special attacks?
perhaps a dragon cross bow?
You forgot Korasi, Torva, Pernix and Virtus from that list as well. I think that covers all of the other overpowered and high statted weapons and armours.

how about an old EP system for targets only?im sure it would get alot of support and would work as a great item sink for items like dragon boots, dark bow etc... which are worthless
What do you mean by old EP system? What do you expect that to do?
Curious is all!
when you kill a player you get some of his items+ random items(depends on ep how much of your targets items you get and what random loot)
This is a similar system only the extra items that are dropped have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything other than points that can be gained by selling the items to special PvP store.
but the system you're suggesting doesn't work as an item sink for some items that have to big supply already and on old system if you had 0 EP you will get total trash which is the reason why items like dragon boots, granite mauls and whips always had a value so it kind of turned high supply items into high demand ones and helped economy in the way
p.s i don't think you understood my post because in old system you wouldn't get ALL of items that your target was carrying you would get only few % of them depending on how much EP you had which resulted players skilling in the wild to get EP so they could pk more efficiently later
About the shop items I would like to see:
- Brawler gloves : because if you are honest , there are only a few people training in
the recourse area.
- New Spec wep : Could be a weapen that was in game would like to see a vls
- A cape : Something you can show off that you have killed a lot of people , and has
like decent stats for pking.
(NO TRADING OF ITEMS IN SHOP)
About D claws , not at 50% spec ...
and to prevent everyone camping for d claws make a box you can buy in the shop that has like a low % for giving claws. so people just can't buy claws. So its kinda a rng related item.
seriuously this pk shop is killing the surprise of the drop it was always exciting to see what ep drop u got back in pvp, which gave an extra incentive
