Jagex, you might have seen that the community has a mixed side about artisan, currently the polls are 50, 50. I also see this is your 3rd time mentioning this into the polls, if you guys really want to update into the game, then be my guest, because I really want to see the new update.

This might be a little bit of a rant, but hear me out, you guys never mentioned something three times into the polls before, you guys as a company need to make your own decisions, sure this is a community based game, and the community wants what it gets, but please, please, please, if you really want something in the game, and obviously others want it too, then add it, I mean you guys are the people who brought us 2007runescape into a possibility. If you guys mentioned artisan in a poll three times that means you as a company really want this update. Anyways Sorry for having a long, 'rant' about Artisan, I just feel like polls can be very "" biased "" sometimes

thats a nope from me, sorry but we dont need a new skill in 07 it's fine as it is. And I can't imagine a new skill would draw that many new players anyway. If this gets passed which is looking unlikely it's gonna be a slippery slope for 07 and soon enough we'll end up with an eoc situation all over again. Keep the updates to 07 minor. I feel like this guy has the wrong idea about 07.

Honestly Jagex, in my opinion. 07 was just a recreation to get all the garbage out of the game. Now that it is created you can update and add many skills from here which will probably be awesome but don't be as short sighted as this guy.. the game will go dead that way within no time at all </3 and none of us want to see that.

How can you even think this helps your situation? Jagex if this guy doesn't get his voting rights removed I don't even (Side note can I report him for rule 11 or does that not actually exist?)


I understand wanting balance in the game and I agree that double nats at 88 is a little op... but if you look at half the stuff on this list clearly some of it is a little op but if it wasn't useful why would we use it?

Basically it comes down to why do you vote no? Of course you have the RIGHT to vote no if you plan on playing this game! But why is a game change such a hard thing for you? If they didn't make updates like this we'd still be stuck in fighter torso and torags legs with ~30 players on each world

tl;dr vote for balance and change DO NOT cherry pick the two

I believe that the updates past a specific point were mostly cancer and we had to purge it from our system

Now that we've cut it away it's time to recreate our game into what we can all agree on

We SHOULDN'T be satisfied with a copy of the game from 2007 we need our own content because nostalgia isn't everything

This is Old school. I came back to runescape when I found out that they were brining back runescape without all of the extra, unnecessary, and game breaking stuff. With artisan skill, I just see another useless skill with annoyingly repetitive work with little to no reward. Sure, you can add some new trees and the idea of building shortcuts is neat, but a whole new skill is ridiculous. And a duel wielded crossbow? If someone wants that gamebreaker, they can go to RS3.
