Seriously, seems like something is very wrong in the working of this game and only the programmers can sort that.

As for customer service - well, it would be a lot more helpful to have a phone number or email address to contact a department that can actually help you with problems like being wrongly banned. Seems strange that a big company like Jagex can function without proper company/client dialogue.

The future does not bode well if things stay as they are. IMHO

has anyone checked the thieving highscores if they are loooking for bots to ban.

ive been reporting the same ardy thieving bots for 3 weeks, and now they are ranked 315 in thieving at lvl 91. How is it that i can report these bots everyday for 2-3 weeks and not a single one is banned. they are always playing w345. Today however they are not in ardy but still on highscores. i guess at lvl 91+ thieving they found a better way to make money


i was also checking out the front page of the thieving highscores. and it looks as though about half of rank#1-30 are bots that have been botting since day 1 of OSRS.

i cannot see how at a popular teleport spot, with 4 angry drunk dwarfs. 2 strange plants in full attack and 2 bugswarms going. That all this has brougth no attention to either jmods or botwatch.

Bots a super easy to detect: that throw-up greenish brown top with those green pants. Also, most their clothing using random event clothing, like camo gear.

I'm also wandering if there's a chance at becoming a mod if we help decrease the number of bots per day? Cause I'm constantly reporting botters.

Banned for no reason

i am done with this i want a refund for my membership on both my accounts for false ban on my account i am not and will not continue to play a game with no costumer support and looking over my shoulders every time i go to skill in this game. a week with no reply what so ever is not what i expected from a game that i have been playing sense 2007

These are the same clothing i use while doing certin skills such as mining, but im no bot!
