I'm glad to hear this, especially the bit about longevity, cost and bots. But what are you going to do about all the players that were wrongfully banned? I've canceled my account because I have yet to be contacted by customer service, despite the fact I've emailed them weeks ago. If I can't even talk to a real person and be compensated for the time I lost despite never botting or macroing, I don't see why I should play a game where I can be arbitrarily banned with no way to appeal or talk to customer service.
