when we get the black mask, since it's a new item, is it possible that it would have something that would distinguish it from later versions, such as a date on it. that why it will show those that join later that we were playing this year. assuming that the game continues to grow, it might be important to show people we were one of the early players. frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.

As a related point, I recently read that crystal items cannot be forcefully degraded to a seed or recharged to full from their current degraded state, leaving you with a somewhat redundant item due to lacking certain bonuses and not being renewable until it has been used in combat until it eventually reverts to a seed.
If this question passes its poll, I think it'll help with the problem you're describing.

So if you've got a shield on 4/10, and you don't want to use it in combat because its stats are poor, you can get it imbued at NZ. You'll be charged 4/10 of the price that you'd pay for imbuing a pristine shield, and your shield's stats will be restored to their max level.

What do you mean 'a new item' ? Black mask already exists, its the mask people train slayer with

what will be the alch value of the armadyl crossbow? I think many people will vote No because they think the special would be op with d bolts and void when pking, but if the alch value is low like it is in rs3 it couldn't even be used for pking unless you want to risk the arma crossbow. So it would be nice if you told us the alch value in the poll question.

Could you give us a little preview on how much it would cost to imbue a shield/bow at 1/10 and at 10/10?

Hmm, SOL with magic boost only isn't something I'd be particularly happy with overall. The rest looks great and I loved reading this..cept the cow mask thing, thats a disgusting image!
