Pretty good ideas, I'll say. However, with the Armadyl Crossbow, it's special attack seems that it would only be useful for enchanted bolts, specifically. I know a vast amount of players(myself included) that do not use enchanted bolts, and prefer to stick with normal ones, so having a crossbow with that much increase in ranged attack would seem kind of useless, with a spec that wouldn't really do any good, without certain type of ammunition. Why not have the special attack maybe add a certain percentage of your max hit to the next shot. i.e. if it adds 20% of your max hit (let's say 40) to the next shot, the would add an extra 4 damage to the next hit (if you were to hit a 12, it would add 4 and be at 16). And it may only take 50% of the special bar (depending on how high the extra percentage may be). It seems more fair for everyone, all-around, with having something all people who can wield the crossbow can use. I'd most definitely get one, then. It could be positive in so many way, too. Not just convenient to use with all bolts, but it could increase sales on ranged gear, in general, having something so universal being available.
I'm not a fan of cosmetics, in any way shape, or form, but I can see myself wearing a Cow Mask just for laughs. I like that idea. Also, have you giving any thought to new rare items? Maybe a black or white mask, or black partyhat? What about adding a rare cape or two, to go with rare items one may already have, since can be worn on the head? As it stands, people just want to get rid of rares, really, since they're so common, and there's an overabundance of them, so why not make collecting them more fun, or at the very least, more fun? Give us another accomplishment to do that doesn't require high levels!
Also, what about goals/items for lower levels, like skillers and such? It doesn't seem too fair to only have things available for people who just get stronger. You have been biased on that for too long. Can't we change it up a bit?
