Again please reconsider the questions. First ask if we want the crossbow without spec. Then ask if we want a spec on it. Then ask what spec do we want?
automatic enchanted spec 100%?
or something else like 15% damage. 60% spec
Wouldn't that require at least 3 separate polls? That'd go on for weeks.

Also, if we ran a question like the last one, where players are choosing between different specs, it's pretty unlikely that any choice would come out with 75% support. That's why the main content polls are Yes/No for a single choice.

The quest cape has two polls at once too

just ask : 1.you want the cbow
2. you want the spec 1. German Trimmed Comp Cape Pre EOC
1. German Maxed OSRS Account

Do you remember why you released OSRS? So players like me can enjoy nostalgic memories playing the OLD runescape. How am i to do this if you keep persisting about adding NEW content to an OLD SCHOOL game.
If we thought the game would keep running happily for years without us needing to do any dev work, that'd be mighty convenient and cheap. However, while there are those who don't want new content, there are also a lot of players - all over these forums - who keep asking for more new things. That's why we let the community as a whole vote on whether the new content should be added.

effect;

the special attack would consist of 2 sides, wich are both equal ( but stil fun !)

Omen - Disaster: Cause your foe to deal half damage
Omen - Happiness: Reduce all damage taken by half

Once the staff of omen is switched or unequiped, the effect would fade.

- I think that this is a fun way of creating a new weapon!!! Support if u like :D

The quest cape's two polls are independent of each other; either one can be implemented without the other.

There are some players who get antsy about voting on an item if they don't know up front every detail about it. Thus they might vote No to Q1 just in case Q2 doesn't come out the way they want it. It's probably not a massive issue, but where feasible I still prefer to give a clear-cut question so that people know what they'll get when they vote.
