Personally, I'm not a fan of any of the aggressively difficult speedrun achievements. You need absurdly expensive gear AND lots of good RNG to clear these. Similar to how people are pointing out that "kill X boss" tasks are not very, well, "achievement-y", I also think these are just luck and wallet checks (and even living location checks if you don't live close enough to any server or have a good enough internet service to get good ping).
For example, Hespori speed-trialist seems doable for me with my decent stats and medium-high tier gear, but Hespori speed-chaser? I don't see myself ever being able to complete that until I'm max combat with scythe and the works with good rng (or maybe a tbow and even better rng), so why is this in master list and not in grandmaster? (or just remove such things altogether...)
Types of tasks I
do
like and would like to see more of: "Ourg Freezer II" or "The Fremennik Way" Yes, there is some RNG elements, but they actually sound interesting and are not frustrating to fail (you can feel like you've already failed even a few seconds into a speedrun attempt, which does not make for an enjoyable achievement grind).
Other kinds of tasks I
do not
like and would like to see removed: "Egniol Diet II" or "The Walk" -- tasks where using no prayer points are fine until you have to pray to survive the fight, i.e. must prayer flick perfectly for a long time period. Continuing to the second point, some of your players don't have really good ping. These tasks are all but impossible for such people, and no amount of skill can overcome that.
Edit: I am perfectly find with the combat achievements not having better rewards than this. The glory is in having the achievement, just like CoX capes. That being said, I do also think there are some missed opportunities that could be explored--
but are not necessary
--such as slayer task perks. (choices perhaps?)
